Role Description
This is not a normal job.
This is an opportunity to work directly with founders inside a fast-moving startup that builds high-ticket client acquisition systems using content, paid ads, funnels, and sales.
If you’ve ever wanted to understand:

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
You’ll work directly with the founders across growth, acquisition, creative strategy, and sales operations.
This role includes:
• Understanding offers, deliverables, and customer psychology
• Working on ICP research and audience positioning
• Assisting in building and refining high-ticket offers
• Helping develop ad scripts, hooks, and sales messaging
• Participating in creative testing systems for paid ads
• Assisting during shoot days and creative production
• Editing, organizing, and publishing ad creatives
• Supporting hook testing, script testing, and funnel optimization
• Reading campaign reports and identifying patterns from data
• Understanding why ads work — and why they fail
• Qualifying inbound leads through enquiry calls
• Booking and managing discovery calls
• Managing calendars and lead follow-ups
• Assisting in sales pipeline movement
• Helping maintain operational flow inside the business
• Getting exposure to real-time revenue generation systems
This is NOT a “single responsibility” role.
You’ll sit inside the actual acquisition engine of the company.
