Procurement and Inventory Manager Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Inventory Manager to lead end-to-end

procurement operations and inventory management for our advanced battery and aerospace

technology manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will bring strong vendor management

skills, cost optimization expertise, and a process-driven approach to ensure timely

availability of materials, components, and supplies while maintaining optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1)     Procurement Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and

timely delivery. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.

2)     Inventory Management

Oversee inventory planning, stock audits, and material movement across

production, warehouse, and project sites.

3)     Implement inventory control systems (Odoo/ERP preferred) to track material

usage, reorder levels, and lead times.Monitor and optimize inventory turnover, reducing excess and obsolete stock.

4)     Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

(production, R&D, and sales teams). Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements for purchased items.

5)     Cost & Process Optimization

Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

Standardize procurement processes and implement best practices to enhance

efficiency.

6)     Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and present periodic procurement and inventory reports to

management.

Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and sustainability

practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Mechanical/Electrical

             Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement and inventory management

             (manufacturing/energy/aerospace sector preferred).

• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/MS Dynamics preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in demand forecasting and cost optimization.
• Knowledge of battery materials, electronics components, or aerospace supply

              chain is a plus.
