About the Role

Enubilous is looking for a highly detail-oriented and process-driven professional to coordinate and oversee internal supply chain and order fulfillment operations supporting a US healthcare business.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all internal teams follow operational workflows accurately and on time — from receiving customer purchase orders to final shipment delivery.

This is not a customer-facing or vendor-facing role. Instead, the person will act as an internal operational anchor, ensuring smooth coordination between sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and customer support teams while proactively identifying delays, process gaps, or operational mistakes before they impact the business.

Since the business serves US-based hospitals, operational accuracy and attention to detail are extremely critical, as even small errors can lead to significant business impact.

Operational Workflow

• Customer sends Purchase Order (PO)
• If inventory is available, shipment process is initiated after acknowledgment
• If inventory is unavailable:
• Internal sourcing/vendor teams procure the item from vendors
• Items may either ship from internal inventory or be directly drop-shipped by vendors
• This role is responsible for ensuring every internal step in this workflow is completed properly, on time, and without operational gaps

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end operational workflows for customer orders
• Ensure all internal teams are following defined processes and timelines
• Track movement of orders from PO receipt to shipment completion
• Proactively follow up with internal teams to avoid delays or missed steps
• Ensure sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and customer support teams remain aligned
• Monitor and maintain operational trackers, records, and status updates
• Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and operational risks
• Ensure shipment coordination and tracking processes are properly executed
• Help maintain high operational discipline and accountability across teams
• Support coordination for FedEx and UPS shipments within the USA

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in operations coordination, supply chain operations, procurement operations, or process management
• Strong understanding of workflow management and cross-functional coordination
• Excellent verbal and written US English communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline
• Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of US shipping and logistics processes, especially FedEx and UPS
• Ability to independently manage operations during US business hours (EST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting US-based operations or customers
• Familiarity with healthcare products, medical supplies, or hospital procurement workflows
• Knowledge of:
• Microsoft Outlook
• Teams
• SharePoint
• Excel
• Familiarity with Slack and WhatsApp for business communication
