Cordial is a workforce infrastructure company. We build and manage remote engineering, finance, and operations teams for growing startups and SMEs. We work across three main models: unmanaged infrastructure, managed teams, and end-to-end execution. Our goal is to help companies scale quickly without losing control over quality or compliance.

The Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder. We need someone who can pick up any task, figure out how to do it, and get it done. This is not a strategy role where you just look at slides, and it is not an admin assistant job either. You will own actual work across marketing, sales, operations, and hiring. One week you might set up a cold email sequence, the next you could be jumping on a sales call, writing an article, or fixing an internal process. This job is for someone who wants to learn how to build a business by actually doing the work.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Strategy

• Research markets, competitors, and potential clients to help figure out where we should focus next.
• Turn your research into clear lists, spreadsheets, or notes that we can use to make decisions.
• Help test new ideas, pricing models, and service packages before we launch them.

Marketing & Content

• Run our daily marketing activities including our LinkedIn presence, emails, and website content.
• Write and create content like blog posts, landing pages, pitch decks, and sales emails.
• Run small experiments to see what brings in leads and track the results.

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Set up our outbound sales process by finding target companies, getting correct contact details, and writing email sequences to book meetings.
• Join sales calls, handle the follow ups, write proposals, and keep our sales pipeline organized.
• Help close smaller deals on your own and assist the founder on larger ones.

Operation & Systems

• Help set up and manage our tools like the CRM, project tracking sheets, and client onboarding workflows.
• Write down processes as we build them so the team can follow them easily.
• Coordinate between hiring, finance, and operations to make sure nothing gets missed.

Operation & Support

• Take on random high priority projects with the founder and finish them without needing to be reminded.
• Put together pitch decks, documents, and materials for clients or new hires.
• Jump into whatever area of the business is drowning or needs extra hands that week.

Qualifications

• Background: You recently graduated or are in your final year, preferably in a relevant field.
• Sharp Thinker: When given a messy problem, you do the homework and come back with a real solution, not just a generic summary.
• Good Writer: You write clearly, directly, and without corporate fluff. You will be writing to clients and prospects every day.
• Ownership: You finish what you start and do not wait for someone to tell you what to do next.
• Adaptable: You are comfortable being thrown into new situations and figuring things out as you go.
• Tech Literacy: You know how to use Google Docs, Sheets, and basic software, and you are quick to learn new tools like CRMs or AI applications.
