Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Automation

• Research and implement AI tools to improve business operations
• Automate repetitive consulting and administrative workflows
• Develop AI-assisted systems for documentation, reporting, and presentations
• Support AI integration into internal operations

Prompt Engineering

• Develop and optimise prompts for:
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Gemini
• Copilot
• Other AI platforms
• Maintain ICPL’s internal AI prompt libraries
• Improve AI-generated output quality and consistency

Content & Presentation Development

• Create consulting-grade content using AI tools
• Prepare:
• ISO documents
• Policies & SOPs
• Audit reports
• Training materials
• Proposal decks
• ESG & cybersecurity content
• Design premium Big-4-style presentations

Website & Digital Support

• Support AI-driven website enhancements
• Assist in SEO content generation
• Improve digital workflows and lead generation systems
• Support chatbot and automation initiatives

Research & Innovation

• Monitor developments in AI, cybersecurity, ESG, and compliance technologies
• Explore AI applications for ISO consulting and governance systems
• Recommend innovative digital solutions for ICPL operations
