Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and support requests through email-based processes
• Communicate professionally in Hindi and English as per customer preference
• Maintain accuracy and quality in written communication and issue resolution
• Navigate CRM systems, telephony applications, and operational tools efficiently
• Support customer queries while following defined operational processes and quality standards
• Maintain productivity, typing accuracy, and response quality expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution when required
• Ensure timely handling of customer requests and operational tasks

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or equivalent
• Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience can apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• English proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4 preferred
• Accuracy in written communication with good grammar and sentence construction skills
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy preferred
• Basic knowledge of internet applications, mobile applications, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Good system navigation and computer handling skills
• Laptop/Desktop with minimum 5 MBPS internet speed required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Work From Office (WFO) environment
