We are looking for a smart, sales-oriented front desk professional from a healthcare background who can convert leads into consultations and treatments.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion (Most Important KPI)

• Handle all incoming leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website forms, WhatsApp, and calls
• Respond to leads within 5 minutes
• Call leads and understand treatment requirements
• Convert inquiries into booked consultations
• Follow up with missed leads daily
• Re-activate old leads database
• Maintain daily conversion sheets

Patient Sales Coordination

• Explain treatment process in simple language
• Convince hesitant patients to visit clinic
• Handle pricing discussions (as trained by management)
• Follow up after consultation for treatment acceptance
• Track pending treatment cases

Examples:

• Implant inquiries
• Smile makeover leads
• Invisalign/Ortho inquiries
• Full mouth rehab leads
• Cosmetic dentistry leads

Front Desk Responsibilities

• Patient appointment scheduling
• Walk-in patient handling
• Greeting patients professionally
• Maintaining reception area
• Billing coordination
• Daily appointment reminders
• Rescheduling missed appointments

WhatsApp & CRM Management

• Handle clinic WhatsApp professionally
• Follow-up messages
• Send consultation confirmations
• Share clinic location/details
• Maintain lead database

Reporting

Daily report submission:

• Total leads received
• Leads contacted
• Appointments booked
• Consultations completed
• Treatments converted
• Revenue generated from leads

Required Experience:

✅ Minimum 2–5 years experience in healthcare/hospital/dental/cosmetic clinic front desk or patient counseling

OR

✅ Experience in:

• Dental clinics
• Aesthetic clinics
• IVF clinics
• Hair transplant clinics
• Hospitals
• Healthcare call centers
• Cosmetic surgery clinics

Must Have Skills:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Excellent phone handling skills
