Senior Vice President of Operations Full Time NEW

The SVP of Operations provides the overarching strategic vision and governance for the company’s global or enterprise-wide operational functions. You oversee a massive portfolio that encompasses supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, corporate real estate, and customer fulfillment. Your primary mandate is to engineer a business model that scales exponentially while optimizing the company’s operating margin.

Core Responsibilities

• Enterprise Operational Architecture: Design the multi-year blueprint for global delivery. You determine where to build manufacturing hubs, which international fulfillment networks to leverage, and how to out-navigate competitor supply chains.
• CapEx Governance & Asset Allocation: Manage a multi-million (or billion) dollar Capital Expenditure budget. You evaluate and approve major investments in Industry 4.0 infrastructure, smart warehousing, and enterprise-scale ERP/MES software integrations.
• Global Supply Chain Resilience: Safeguard the business against “Black Swan” events and geopolitical volatility. You oversee high-stakes global vendor relationships, nearshoring/offshoring strategies, and comprehensive risk-mitigation frameworks.
• Digital Transformation & AI Integration: Partner with the CTO and CIO to spearhead the deployment of automation. You ensure that machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated workflows are woven directly into the factory floor or service delivery lines.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Align operational capabilities with the CFO (for P&L and cash flow optimization), the Chief Marketing/Sales Officers (to guarantee customer fulfillment promises), and the Chief Legal Officer (for global compliance).
• Executive Leadership Cultivation: You manage the “VP and Senior Director layer.” Your ultimate success is defined by your ability to mentor, evaluate, and build a world-class succession bench of operational leaders.
