Customer Service Representative – Gujarati Full Time

Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (Gujarati) for one of our clients. This is a full-time remote opportunity for candidates with strong communication and customer handling skills in both Gujarati and English.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role also involves translation support between Gujarati and English, resolving customer concerns, and providing accurate product or service information.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Gujarati and English
• Translate Gujarati to English and English to Gujarati
• Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls, chat, or email
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Provide accurate product and service-related information
• Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and relevant experience
• Fluency in Gujarati and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with customers
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
• Any Graduate
• Candidates must be comfortable working in night rotational shifts

• Compensation: Up to ₹5.4 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹540,000.00 per year
