We are looking for a Brand/Account Planning teammate.
Experience: 1-2 years
The ideal candidate should be a Strategic Planner in the advertising industry, with a focus on developing communication strategies for brands.
Responsibilities:
• Thoroughly understand the client’s problem and draw out actionable insights through consumer and market research to arrive at different campaign ideas and solutions for the brand, to arrive at the best customer strategy/approach.
• Analyze data from various sources, including data provided by internal teams, clients, and external sources, to draw holistic insights and action points
• Conduct secondary research to understand the brand, category, market, and consumer landscape.
• Use online studies, media performance reports, listening reports, and marketing tools to draw actionable insights.
• Conduct short primary research, if necessary, for qualitative learnings and cultural/sub cultural insights.
• Formulate positioning spaces, communication strategies, and GTM plans to in-turn develop communication concepts based on insights for relevant media channels.
• Drive new marketing opportunities and initiatives by studying global markets, new trends, consumers’ problems, and their receptivity.
• Create annual competition reports, build themes, and annual strategies for products and services. • Expand the scope of work with existing clients by defining and articulating business objectives clearly.
Requirements:
• Experience in advertising with a focus on developing communication strategies for across channels
• Experience in conducting market, competition, and consumer research to draw insights/directions.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
• Ability to develop communication concepts based on insights for digital channels. • Excellent presentation and selling skills.
• Good coordination and team management skills.
• A degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
