Key Responsibilities

• As a Software Developer, you will design, develop and validate features that are required to keep the vehicle SW up to date over the air.
• Work with product team, system and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
• Implement, validate and ship technical solutions for the best customer experience.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to the team, in the areas of design, coding and validation.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Computer Science engineering or related field
• 10-12 years of development experience in building frameworks, applications and services
• Excellent Programming skills in C++, Java, C and Python
• Development experience on platforms like Linux, Android and QNX
• Strong object-oriented programming understanding
• Strong debugging skills with tools like memory profilers, debuggers, call stack analyzer etcs.,
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, memory management and threads
• Ability to drive innovation and passionate about learning new technologies
• Good understanding of networking, network tools and protocols like TCP, TLS etc.,
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Prior OTA SW update experience is added advantage
• Prior Automotive embedded development experience is added advantage
