Hiring for Sr.Manager/AGM-Sales Force Excellence / Commercial Excellence for Asia Market Full Time

We are looking for an Sr.Manager /AGM – Sales Force Excellence / Commercial Excellence to lead commercial execution, sales force effectiveness, and resource optimization strategies across Asian markets, with a focus on Southeast Asia. This position plays a strategic influencing role, working closely with country teams in Asia and Emerging Markets functional leaders to drive field force productivity, sales process optimization, and business planning.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales operations, business intelligence, CRM, and sales analytics, with a passion for driving performance excellence in a multi-cultural, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Force Excellence & Commercial Strategy

• Develop and drive sales force effectiveness strategies aligned with country, regional and emerging market priorities.
• Work closely with country commercial teams to enhance sales processes, segmentation, and customer engagement.
• Lead initiatives for business planning, resource deployment, and sales force performance tracking.

Sales Analytics & Performance Management

• Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks using CRM tools, BI/Tableau dashboards, and KPI monitoring.
• Develop and monitor sales force KPIs, productivity metrics, and incentive structures.
• Align with Emerging Markets functional leaders to ensure performance management strategies are effectively executed at the country level.

Resource Allocation & Sales Capability Development

• Lead territory planning, call frequency optimization, and sales force deployment strategies.
• Partner with HR and Training teams to implement best-in-class sales capability programs.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership

• Work in close coordination with the Emerging Markets leaders, and country commercial teams to ensure strategy alignment.
• Align sales force excellence initiatives with Marketing, Finance, Medical Affairs, and IT teams.

Expansion & Future Team Leadership

• Initially an individual contributor role, with the potential to expand and lead 1-2 team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in sales execution across Asia.
