We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves contacting students and parents, explaining details about competitive exam coaching programs, and converting leads into admissions.
The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking over phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Call students and parents from provided leads
- Explain coaching programs for competitive exams
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Maintain call records and daily updates
- Handle basic student queries professionally
- Convince and guide students regarding admissions
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Must have a mobile phone/laptop with internet connection
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
