Shift In-Charge – Quick Commerce / Dark Store

Reporting To: Store Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Shift In-Charge to manage daily operations in a Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling shift activities, manpower management, order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth last-mile operations while maintaining productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end shift operations in the dark store
* Supervise pickers, packers, loaders, and delivery coordination staff
* Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
* Monitor shift productivity, order accuracy, and turnaround time
* Handle manpower allocation, attendance, and shift scheduling
* Ensure proper inventory movement and stock availability
* Coordinate with Store Manager for operational improvements
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance within the store
* Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required
* Prepare daily shift reports and operational updates
* Monitor rider allocation and dispatch coordination for on-time deliveries
* Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards
Requirements
* Graduate / Diploma preferred
* 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, or Dark Store operations
* Strong leadership and team handling skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
* Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations
* Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting is an added advantage

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
