The Intercompany Reconciliations – Senior Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end intercompany accounting activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation, timely closure, and seamless coordination across entities and stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in month-end close, consolidation, and audit support.

• Play a critical role in ensuring accurate intercompany accounting and reconciliations across global entities
• Strengthen the month-end close and consolidation process by proactively identifying and resolving mismatches
• Enable smoother intercompany eliminations by ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely accruals
• Support business integrity by contributing to audit readiness and compliance
• Drive process reliability and transparency across complex trading partner relationships

What Makes You The Right Fit

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in R2R – Intercompany Accounting
• Strong understanding of intercompany trade, services, and eliminations at a trading partner pair level
• Proven experience working with AR/AP, loans, interest, royalties, commissions, and misc. balances
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, EPM, AO (Analysis for Office), and intercompany tools
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
• Effective communicator comfortable working with cross‑functional and global teams

• Experience handling complex intercompany reconciliations and consolidation challenges
• Ability to identify root causes of mismatches rather than only performing balance clears
• Exposure to top‑side journal entries and consolidation adjustments
• Demonstrated mindset toward automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
• Confidence in managing tight month‑end timelines with minimal supervision
