Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The Vice President of Finance will oversee the organization’s financial strategy, lead financial planning, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing annual budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance with all financial activities. • Proficiency in Financial Planning and management of budgets and forecasting
• Expertise in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Strong knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA designation is a plus
