Rukmini is an upcoming premium furnishing and soft furnishing retail store by Rupohi The Decor Zone, Guwahati. We specialize in curtains, blinds, upholstery, wallpapers, mattresses, and interior décor solutions. We are building a modern customer-focused retail experience and looking for ambitious team members to grow with us.. We are looking for energetic and responsible team members who can grow with the company and eventually lead store operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers professionally
- Assist customers in selecting curtains, blinds, upholstery & furnishing products
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers & clients
- Follow up with leads and customer enquiries
- Help in store management and business development activities
- Coordinate with team for order execution
- Maintain customer records and sales updates
- Work towards sales targets and business growth
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling preferred
- Interest in interior décor/furnishing industry is a plus
- Must be responsible and growth-oriented
Preferred
- Experience in retail, furnishing, interior, furniture or sales industry
- Male/Female candidates welcome
