Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements (weddings, gifting, daily wear), and guide them through our exclusive collections.
• Product Knowledge: Clearly explain jewelry details, purity, and value factors (including HUID Hallmark, weight, and making charges) to build customer confidence.
• Stock Management: Handle high-value inventory with utmost care. Perform daily opening and closing stock counts at assigned counters.
• Showroom Aesthetics: Maintain immaculate display aesthetics, ensuring all jewelry is clean, properly tagged, and beautifully presented.
• Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with customers, following up on custom orders and updating them about new collections or festive offers.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)

• बिक्री और ग्राहक सेवा: शोरूम में आने वाले ग्राहकों का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत करना, उनकी पसंद और जरूरत (शादी-ब्याह, त्योहार, या गिफ्टिंग) को समझना और उन्हें बेहतरीन आभूषण दिखाना।
• प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी: ग्राहकों को आभूषणों की शुद्धता, वजन, मेकिंग चार्ज और HUID हॉलमार्क के बारे में पूरी और पारदर्शी जानकारी देकर उनका भरोसा जीतना।
• स्टॉक का प्रबंधन: काउंटर पर मौजूद कीमती आभूषणों की सुरक्षा का पूरा ध्यान रखना। रोजाना दुकान खुलने और बंद होने के समय स्टॉक की सही गिनती (Stock Counting) करना।
• डिस्प्ले और साफ-सफाई: अपने काउंटर के डिस्प्ले को हमेशा आकर्षक, साफ-सुथरा और व्यवस्थित रखना ताकि आभूषण खूबसूरत दिखें।
