We’re Hiring – Social Media and UGC Content Strategist

JOKRS is looking for a highly creative and trend-driven individual who lives and breathes social media content. If you constantly spot viral trends before everyone else, understand what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds, and can convert ideas into structured content plans, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll work closely with the founders and play an important role in shaping our social media and performance marketing content.

Location: Work From Home

Employment Type: Internship

Industry: Kids Fashion / D2C / E-commerce

Stipend: Depending on candidate skills and profile

What You Will Do:

• Research and identify new trending content formats, hooks, and UGC concepts for Instagram, Meta Ads

• Create engaging scripts for reels, UGC videos, and performance marketing ads

• Build structured shoot plans including scenes, flow, props, references, dialogues, and execution details

• Work with founders to brainstorm and execute high-performing content strategies

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related fields

• Expert in social media content strategy, UGC creation, scripting.

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form content trends, and Meta Ads ecosystem

• Someone who actively follows content creators, trends, and emerging social media patterns
