Assistant Vice President Marketing Full Time

We are pleased to announce an exciting leadership opportunity with TransIndia Group for the position of AVP – Marketing & Strategy.

As a leading real estate development organization, we are seeking an accomplished marketing professional to lead strategic brand development, digital transformation initiatives, and integrated lead generation for our residential projects across Mumbai and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute long-term brand architecture, positioning, and integrated communication strategies  

* Lead digital and offline marketing initiatives including PPC, SEO, social media, CRM, ATL/BTL campaigns, and PropTech-driven solutions  

* Drive project launches, customer acquisition, market intelligence, and brand equity initiatives  

* Manage agency partnerships, PR activities, marketing budgets, and ROI optimization  

* Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to strengthen lead conversion and customer engagement  

Desired Profile:

* 10–12 years of marketing experience with significant leadership exposure  

* Prior experience in the real estate sector preferred  

* Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, CRM systems, and strategic brand management  

* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities  

* MBA from a reputed institution will be an added advantage  

Location: Mumbai (Full-time, In-office)
