Role Description

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models to power intelligent decision-making solutions for enterprise operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive and prescriptive models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into workflows, and continuously optimizing algorithms to improve performance and scalability. The role will also require staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies to drive innovation and impactful outcomes for our clients.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python & Java

✅ Proven experience leading AI/ML projects — architecture to delivery

✅ Strong grip on Python libraries for AI/ML development

✅ Exposure to RPA tools — Power Automate / Automation Anywhere 360

✅ 2+ years on AWS Cloud

✅ 2+ years in a Tech Lead role — mentoring teams & owning delivery

✅ 2+ years in DevOps — building & managing data pipelines

✅ Fast learner, ownership mindset, great attitude 🙌

→ Experience with Claude AI or KORE AI frameworks
