Recruitment Specialist Full Time

Purpose of role: Recruitment Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent who will thrive within the organisation. This role blends strategic planning, operational excellence, and relationship-building to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience, while supporting business growth and workforce planning objectives.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Bulk Hiring (International BPO Recruitment)

• Lead end-to-end, high-volume hiring for international voice, non-voice, and blended processes.
• Build and manage diverse talent pipelines (job portals, walk-ins, referrals) to meet ramp targets and TATs.
• Leverage ATS and analytics for pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and efficient closures.
• Apply structured screening to assess communication skills, cultural fit, and role readiness.

Corporate & Lateral Hiring

• Manage hiring for corporate functions using targeted sourcing and competency-based assessments.

Candidate Lifecycle Management

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive strong candidate experience, offer conversions, and joining ratios.

Stakeholder & Operations Management

• Partner with business and hiring managers to align hiring with priorities.
• Optimize interview planning and provide regular, data-driven updates.

Process Excellence & Reporting

• Standardize recruitment processes and ensure compliance.
• Track key metrics (TAT, conversion, offer-to-join) and share actionable insights.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification is highly desirable.

KPIs: Time-to-Fill | Funnel Conversion | Offer-to-Join Ratio | Plan vs Closure | Cost per Hire

Experience:

• 3–6 years in BPO / international hiring with strong volume exposure
• Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring and deliver in fast-paced environments

• Proficient in HR Systems, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
