Job Position: IT Support Staff

Location: Kottayam

Qualification: MSc IT/AI/B Tech /MCA

Experience: 3 to 5 years

· To support and improve all software, hardware, and digital systems across the pharmacy chain, ensuring smooth operations, better staff productivity, process automation, and enhanced customer experience.

· Identify manual processes and suggest automation methods.

· Develop simple digital solutions to reduce staff workload and improve accuracy.

· Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution and updates.

· Train staff on proper software usage and best practices.

· Monitor system errors and reduce operational interruptions.

· Coordinate AMC/service providers for repairs and maintenance.

· Ensure uninterrupted internet and system connectivity across branches.

· Maintain backup systems and device records.

· Reduce waiting time through system improvements.

· Study daily branch operations and identify delays or repetitive work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
