About Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to lead our global digital marketing initiatives for SmartSchool AI and related technology products.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international digital marketing campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, creative branding, AI-powered content generation, and ROI-driven marketing execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple countries and platforms.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy
• Create and execute complete digital marketing strategies
• Plan and manage monthly and quarterly marketing activities
• Develop lead generation strategies for India, GCC, Europe, and international markets
• Coordinate branding and campaign activities aligned with company growth goals.

Meta & International Ad Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize international Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Manage:

• Lead generation campaigns
• Conversion campaigns
• Remarketing campaigns
• WhatsApp campaigns
• Awareness campaigns

Target international audiences including:

• UAE
• Saudi Arabia
• Kuwait
• Oman
• Qatar
• Malaysia
• Europe

Monitor campaign performance and optimize:

• CPC
• CPL
• ROI
• Conversion rate

SEO & Website Optimization

Handle complete SEO activities for company websites.

Improve:

• Organic rankings
• Technical SEO
• On-page SEO
• Off-page SEO
• Local SEO
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve website traffic and lead conversion performance.

Creative Design & Branding

• Create:
• Posters
• Social media creatives
• Ad banners
• Marketing brochures
• Branding materials
• Maintain premium and modern brand identity across platforms.

AI Video & Content Creation

Create AI-powered promotional videos using modern AI tools.

Develop:

• Product explainer videos
• Social media reels

• Image enhancement

Reporting & ROI Analysis

Prepare detailed marketing reports including:

• Present insights and recommendations to management regularly.
