Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and courier management.
Manage procurement of office supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and timely replenishment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and facility related issues.
Supervise office infrastructure, equipment, and ensure a safe, clean, and productive workplace.
Support HR in organizing events, celebrations, and other employee engagement activities.
Maintain records of monthly attendance, administrative expenses, invoices, and petty cash.
Coordinate with building management and internal teams for compliance and security requirements.
Assist in onboarding new employees (ID cards, Biometric, seating arrangement, etc.).
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative activities
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
