Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and leads to introduce real estate projects and generate business opportunities
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert prospects into qualified leads, meetings, or site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, and investment opportunities clearly to prospective clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients to build strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth lead management and client handling
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status updates in the reporting system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets assigned by management
- Understand client requirements including budget, location preferences, and property expectations to suggest suitable options
- Handle objections, negotiation discussions, and client queries professionally during sales conversations
