About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meta Ads Specialist / Senior Media Buyer to join our team on a hybrid basis in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling Indian D2C and e-commerce brands through effective Meta advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and driving tangible business outcomes.

As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, conduct audience and creative testing, and continuously optimize campaigns for better results. Your analytical skills will be vital in interpreting campaign data, making data-driven decisions, and implementing scaling strategies that enhance overall campaign performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing full-funnel marketing activities for diverse clients, and making a significant impact on their growth trajectory.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and media buying, specifically handling Indian D2C and e-commerce clients. Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency is essential, as it demonstrates your ability to manage multiple campaigns, adapt to various client needs, and work within a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, attribution models, and scaling strategies is required. You should be proficient in campaign optimization for sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition, with a solid grasp of analytics and reporting tools.

Additionally, candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup from Mumbai, demonstrating flexibility and self-management skills to independently handle and scale advertising accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms to meet client KPIs.
• Scale high-performing campaigns for D2C and e-commerce brands, ensuring optimal ROAS and profitability.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and revenue, making adjustments to improve results.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives, hooks, and user-generated content (UGC) concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and funnel optimization to identify the most effective strategies.
• Manage full-funnel performance marketing campaigns, from awareness to conversion.
• Analyze campaign data regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement tracking mechanisms including Pixel events and attribution models to accurately measure conversion performance.
• Maintain a proactive approach to scaling campaigns, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
