Roles and responsibilities:-
- Demonstrated experience in manpower handling and effective team coordination to achieve organizational goals.
- Responsible for monthly production planning, monitoring, and scheduling of manufacturing activities to meet targets.
- Ensure zero PPM by strictly following and implementing quality fundamentals and standards.
- Hands-on experience in robotic welding processes, including operation and quality control.
- Perform defect and scrap analysis and implement temporary and permanent corrective actions.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen activities in collaboration with team members for continuous improvement.
- Drive scrap and rework reduction initiatives to minimize Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
- Implement work-balancing Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Focus on continuous improvement in daily production activities and promote strong team-building practices.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in preparing and maintaining Work Instructions and SOPs.
- Ensure effective implementation of 5S practices and waste reduction initiatives on the shop floor to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
