We are looking for an experienced Senior Admin & Operations Executive to join our auditor office in Chennai. This role requires a mature, responsible, and proactive professional who can manage day-to-day office administration, internal coordination, vendor communication, workplace discipline, and overall office operations independently.

Role Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating between directors, staff, clients, vendors, and external service providers
• Managing appointments, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
• Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workplace functioning
• Maintaining office discipline, decorum, punctuality, and a professional work environment
• Managing office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and stock requirements
• Arranging internal office events, staff meetings, and office activities
• Coordinating with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service support
• Handling office equipment-related issues such as desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, cameras, internet, electrical items, and other appliances
• Maintaining basic records, vendor details, files, and admin-related documents
• Supporting management with administrative and coordination tasks
• Proactively identifying office needs and ensuring timely action

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in office administration or similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage staff coordination and vendor communication with maturity and confidence
• Computer knowledge including email, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and general office tools
• Professional, organized, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration skills
• Administrative Assistance and Interpersonal Skills
• Effective Communication, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to operations
• Knowledge of office management software and tools is an advantage
