Role Overview

Youmed Healthbridge Pvt. Ltd. is looking to onboard operationally efficient Goods Staff to manage end-to-end medicine order fulfilment. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products in alignment with daily sales orders and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily order picking as per sales invoices and system-generated picklists.
• Ensure accurate product selection based on brand name, salt composition, batch, and expiry.
• Perform packing and labeling of medicines for safe transit.
• Coordinate with billing and outbound logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Verify quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before shipment.
• Maintain rack-to-order alignment to minimize fulfilment errors.
• Support inward stock placement and shelf organization when required.
• Adhere to pharmaceutical storage and handling protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in medicine order fulfilment within a wholesale/retail pharma setup.
• Strong working knowledge of medicine brands, generics (salts), and product categories.
• Ability to read and interpret invoices, picklists, and stock sheets.
• Physically fit to manage warehouse movement and goods handling.
• Process-oriented with high accuracy and accountability.
