Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Telecaller who will connect with corporate offices, commercial buildings, IT parks, and facility management teams to generate leads and drive vending machine placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Conduct outbound calls to Corporates, IT parks, Commercial buildings, Hospitals, Universities
• 🎯 Identify key decision-makers (Admin, HR, Facility, Procurement)
• 💼 Pitch Fabpiks smart vending solutions effectively
• 📊 Generate and qualify leads for vending machine placements
• 📅 Schedule meetings/demo calls for the business team
• 📝 Maintain CRM data, call records, and follow-ups
• 🔁 Drive consistent follow-ups to close opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B telecalling / inside sales / lead generation
• Strong communication skills in English
• Confident in cold calling and handling objections
• Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM tools
• Target-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience

• Tele Calling in B2B Campaigns
• Exposure to corporate sales / facility management / real estate / FMCG
• Experience dealing with office spaces or commercial properties
