Role Description

Calling and screening delivery rider
candidates for various eCommerce clients

Coordinating daily hiring requirements and maintaining candidate records

Following up with riders for joining, documentation, and reporting

Handling bulk hiring and maintaining hiring pipeline data

Communicating professionally with candidates and operations teams

Achieving daily and weekly recruitment targets

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills

Experience in telecalling or recruitment calling

Basic knowledge of Excel/Tally/Data handling

Ability to work aggressively on hiring targets
Fluent in Hindi and basic English

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, recruitment, or HR calling

Experience in delivery rider hiring will be preferred

Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
