What You’ll Do:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full hiring lifecycle—from proactive sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and seamless onboarding—for critical technical roles in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Full Stack Development, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and related cutting-edge domains.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, referrals, and niche tech communities to identify top-tier talent passionate about AI acceleration, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, computer vision, and cloud-native solutions.
• Technical Screening: Perform initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with tools like Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, Docker, and alignment with Techolution’s innovative, high-performance culture.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with AI Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to deeply understand hiring requirements, refine job specifications, prioritize use cases, and ensure rapid delivery of exceptional candidates who can contribute to BPA 4.0 and enterprise AI solutions.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a “WOW” recruitment journey—engaging, transparent, and professional—from initial outreach through onboarding, reflecting Techolution’s values of innovation, collaboration, and merit-driven growth.
• Process Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously enhance processes to boost efficiency, quality of hire, diversity, and speed in a fast-scaling AI-focused environment.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor talent trends in Generative AI, cloud technologies, emerging skills (e.g., Falcon, LLaMA, PaLM), competitor strategies, and industry demands to maintain a robust, future-ready pipeline.

What You Bring:

• Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on experience in IT/Tech recruitment, ideally with exposure to hiring for AI, ML, Generative AI, Cloud, or product/innovation-driven companies.
• Sourcing Skills: Strong proficiency in advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms for tech talent discovery.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills to engage passive candidates, build rapport with top engineers, and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, AI, and business leaders to align on needs and deliver high-impact hires.
