Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Work location: Kudlu Gate, BangaloreWork details: 5 days working, 2 way cab provided

(Preferably willing to work in night shifts)

Hiring for an International Voice Process Executive to handle global customer queries related to accounts, credit cards, transactions, and fraud while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers
  • Resolve queries on accounts, credit cards, and transactions
  • Identify and address fraud-related issues
  • Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1- 3 years experience in international voice process
  • Strong communication skills (B2/C1)
  • Customer-facing experience mandatory
  • Experience in Finance / Credit Card / Fraud preferred
  • Willing to work in night shifts

Qualification

  • Any Graduate (Graduation is Mandatory)

Salary

  • Negotiable based on current CTC (upto 6lpa)
