Summary Job Summary Service Desk / IT Support Executive
- Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support via calls, emails, chats, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, printer, VPN, and email
- Log, prioritize, and track incidents, ensuring resolution within agreed SLA timelines
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT applications
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and generate support reports
- Deliver excellent user support and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
