Role Description

Required Qualifications and Skills:

– Tax Expertise:

 – Experience in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Income Tax regulations, ensuring compliance with current laws.

– Accounting Proficiency:

 – Expertise in accounting and reconciliation, managing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

– Finalization of Accounts:

 – Prepare and finalize accounts and balance sheets while adhering to high standards of accounting principles.

– Comprehensive Financial Analysis:

 – Conduct in-depth financial analyses to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and tax optimization.

– End-to-End Exposure:

 – Hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing from initial accounting entries to statutory audits.

– Knowledge of Auditing Standards:

 – Familiarity with statutory audits for corporates in diverse sectors such as Infrastructure and IT.

– Cross-Departmental Audits:

 – Perform audits across multiple departments including Sales/Purchases, Expenses/Payroll, Property/Plant/Equipment, and Inventory.

– Compliance and Documentation:

 – Review related party transactions, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation for regulatory purposes.

– Strong Methodological Foundation:

 – Possess a strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk-based auditing practices.
