Job Purpose

To drive business growth, product positioning, market penetration, and lifecycle management for Blood Gas Analyzer products and related consumables across hospitals, laboratories, critical care, and diagnostic segments. The role involves strategic marketing, sales enablement, KOL management, product launches, training, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Strategy

• Develop and execute product strategy for Blood Gas Analyzers and consumables.
• Manage complete product lifecycle including launch, growth, pricing, and portfolio optimization.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities in ICU, NICU, emergency care, OT, and pathology segments.
• Forecast sales, prepare annual business plans, and achieve revenue targets.

Market Development

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, lab heads, and hospital management.
• Conduct market mapping and identify high-potential accounts.
• Drive product adoption in hospitals, diagnostic chains, and critical care centers.
• Support channel partners and distributors for business expansion.

Sales Support & Training

• Work closely with sales teams for lead generation and conversion.
• Conduct product demonstrations, CMEs, workshops, and scientific presentations.
• Train sales teams, application specialists, and distributors on product features and competitive positioning.
• Prepare marketing collaterals, presentations, technical documents, and promotional campaigns.

Commercial & Business Operations

• Coordinate with service, application, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Support tender business and institutional sales opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of profitability and market share objectives.

Competitive Intelligence

• Track competitor pricing, launches, and market strategies.
• Develop differentiation strategies against competing brands.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience

• 5–12 years of experience in Product Management / Marketing within IVD, Critical Care, or Medical Devices.
• Strong exposure to Blood Gas Analyzers, Critical Care Diagnostics, or ICU-related products preferred.
