Vice President Sales & Business Development Full Time

The Techlead Group is seeking an accomplished sales leader to drive strategic growth across our domestic and international markets.

Since 1993, we have partnered with enterprises, governments, and growth-stage businesses across India, the USA, Singapore, the UAE, and the UK to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions. As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a Vice President – Sales & Business Development to build and lead a high-performing revenue function.

Role Overview

This role calls for a strategic business leader who can identify market opportunities, build lasting client relationships, open new geographies, close high-value deals, and create a scalable sales engine for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive domestic and international sales across technology services, consulting, product engineering, AI/ML, cloud, Image Processing, data, ERP, IoT, QA/testing, and digital transformation solutions
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the USA, UAE, Singapore, the UK, Europe, and other strategic regions
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, startups, government bodies, and strategic alliances
• Own revenue targets and develop clear quarterly and annual sales plans
• Lead end-to-end business development — prospecting, proposal strategy, negotiation, and deal closure
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales and business development team
• Establish strong sales processes, CRM discipline, and performance tracking systems

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in international markets
• Experience selling technology services, IT consulting, software development, AI/ML, data, cloud, ERP, IoT, or digital transformation solutions
• Demonstrated ability to open new markets, build pipelines, negotiate contracts, and close strategic deals
• Experience building and managing sales teams, processes, and revenue systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred

Prior experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, Business Head, Country Head, or VP Sales is highly preferred, along with a strong global business network and an entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset.
