As a Human Resources Associate at Vdronetech, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel will be essential in managing employee data and creating reports. Your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial in communicating with employees and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with employee training and development programs.
- Provide support for performance management processes.
- Handle employee inquiries and address HR-related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
