What we’re building
Airavat is an AI-powered trading terminal for prediction markets and crypto. Think Bloomberg Terminal meets prediction markets. We index on-chain activity from Polymarket, score traders, surface whale moves, and let users build automated trading strategies with algorithmic execution — all from a single dashboard.
We’re live on Polymarket and expanding to more venues. Currently in private alpha, entering limited beta in a few weeks.
The role
You’ll work directly with the founder to handle the operational side of marketing — video editing, content posting, KOL coordination, and keeping everything on schedule. The founder sets the strategy and creates the raw content. You make it polished, posted, and tracked.
This is not a strategy role. It’s an execution role for someone who’s organized, fast, and detail-oriented.
What you’ll do:
– Video editing. Take raw screen recordings and turn them into short, polished walkthroughs — speed up, trim dead time, add text callouts, add background music, export for multiple platforms. Tools: CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
– Content posting. Post across X, YouTube, Discord, and Telegram on a set schedule. Resize and reformat per platform (YouTube Shorts, X video, TG posts, Discord embeds).
– Content calendar. Maintain the weekly posting schedule. Flag gaps, track what’s been posted, make sure nothing slips.
– KOL coordination. Manage the influencer pipeline — schedule calls, send briefs and materials, follow up on deliverables, track who’s delivered what and when.
– Asset management. Keep content files, templates, and brand assets organized and accessible.
– Platform ops. Handle routine posting and engagement tasks across Discord, Telegram, and X. Not writing original content — distributing and formatting what the founder creates.
What we’re looking for
– Organized and reliable. Things don’t fall through the cracks with you.
– Comfortable with video editing tools (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar). You don’t need to be a cinematographer — clean, fast edits on screen recordings.
– Familiar with X, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube as platforms. You know how content works differently on each.
– Some familiarity with crypto or prediction markets. You don’t need to be a trader, but you shouldn’t need “what is Polymarket” explained to you.
– Strong attention to detail — correct formatting, correct handles, correct links, every time.
– Responsive on async communication. We work async-first but need quick turnarounds when things are time-sensitive.
– Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up your work — writing drafts, resizing content, automating repetitive tasks. Not optional.
Nice-to-haves
– Basic image/graphic creation (Canva, Figma, etc.)
– Experience managing influencer or creator relationships
– Based in Chennai — the role is remote, but occasional in-person meetings at co-working spaces would be a plus
