Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Safety Analyst. The Safety Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and improving safety performance, analyzing safety data, ensuring compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, and promoting occupational health standards. This person will collaborate with multiple departments, conduct risk assessments, develop safety training programs, and communicate best practices to mitigate workplace hazards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and identify potential safety risks
- Exceptional Communication skills to develop reports and train staff on safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge and experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health compliance
- Ability to design and execute Training programs tailored to safety and compliance
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Familiarity with federal and local safety regulations in logistics and transportation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the logistics, transportation, or freight industry is a plus
- We offer a monthly remuneration of ₹25-30K commensurate with skills and experience.
