Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Product Manager position based in Raipur. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the performance of financial products offered through the branch, achieving sales targets, and managing customer relationships. You will supervise branch operations, coordinate with internal teams, develop marketing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and marketing acumen to drive financial product performance and achieve targets
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and ability to foster strong customer relationships
• Experience in branch operations and team coordination
• Analytical skills to develop effective market strategies and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving with a focus on operational efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the financial industry and NBFC operations will be advantageous
