Role Description
The Elevator Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of elevator installation, maintenance, and servicing activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include managing installation teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and preparing progress reports. This is a full-time, on-site role primarily based in Trivandrum, with duties also extending to the Kollam area.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in elevator and escalator installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficient in project coordination and team supervision
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance standards in equipment installation
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues promptly
- Experience in managing operational schedules and preparing detailed reports
- Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the elevator or related industries
- Willingness to travel between Trivandrum and Kollam as required
