We’re hiring a Performance Marketer who understands that ads are not expenses, they are systems.
This role is for someone with strong hands-on experience in an agency environment, who can manage budgets, scale accounts, and align performance with business outcomes across multiple brands.
You’ll own performance strategy, not just dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Manage multiple client accounts and monthly budgets
- Build and refine performance funnels (Awareness to Conversion)
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for better ROAS
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics
- Drive scaling, experimentation, and continuous optimization
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing within an agency
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience handling multiple brands and budgets
- Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking
- Comfortable in an on-site, fast-moving agency environment
Understands modern audience targeting dynamics, including the shift from interest-based targeting to creative-led performance strategies
