Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Sales Associate, located in Surat. The Digital Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers online and in-store, assisting them in their purchasing decisions, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include updating product listings on e-commerce platforms, managing online queries, tracking customer orders, and contributing to sales strategies and promotions to grow the brand’s digital presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in online sales, digital marketing, and customer engagement
• Competency in e-commerce platforms, listing management, and order tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
