Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and guide them to seating.
- Take accurate food & beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and on time.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic complaints politely.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service area, and dining space.
- Coordinate with kitchen/bakery staff for smooth service.
- Promote add-ons and upselling (extra toppings, desserts, beverages etc.)
- Handle billing / POS entry (if required).
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Good communication skills (English + Konkani/Hindi preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹8,629.95 – ₹18,000.00 per month
