Role Description

You’ll grow YouTube channels for actual celebrities and entertainment brands. Real creators. Real audiences. Real cultural impact.

This isn’t corporate content. You’ll work with artists, comedians, entertainers—people who move culture. Your job: take their talent and turn it into YouTube dominance.

You understand YouTube patterns. You’ve scaled channels before. You know what breaks through the noise.

If you’ve built YouTube channels and want to do it again but this time with celebrities and brands that matter, this is it.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

• Own YouTube strategy for celebrity and creator channels (music artists, comedians, entertainers, lifestyle brands)
• Identify patterns that work and scale them before they become obvious
• Break patterns and find new formats others haven’t discovered
• Build content IPs that celebrities want to keep making (and audiences want to keep watching)
• Optimize everything: titles, thumbnails, hooks, retention curves
• Test fast: A/B test ideas in real-time, kill what doesn’t work, scale what does
• Manage publishing: content calendar, uploads, community
• Report results: weekly analysis of what’s working and why

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to drive channel growth and secure partnerships
• Experience in Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to engage audiences and manage creator relationships
• Proficiency in Event Planning to organize promotional activities for channel expansion
• Data analysis skills to derive actionable insights from YouTube analytics and assess strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with YouTube algorithms and digital content trends is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
