Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru North for a CNC 5-Axis Machine Operator. The primary responsibilities include setting up and operating ANCA 5-axis CNC machines to manufacture high-precision carbide cutting tools. The role involves understand GD&T, ANCA programming and adjusting machine settings, overseeing the machining process, ensuring quality control through inspection, and performing routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ANCA CNC 5-axis machine operation and programming,
• Knowledge of material properties, tooling operations, and machine troubleshooting
• Prior experience or knowledge in handling carbide materials and associated processes like resharpening, reconditioning, and coating is an advantage.
• Relevant technical certification, diploma, or equivalent training in machining, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with production teams.
