Job Role: Order Management Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Executive to handle end-to end order processing, ensure timely fulfillment, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from order entry to delivery

• Validate customer orders for accuracy (pricing, quantity, terms)

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatch

• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery (OTIF)

• Handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns

• Maintain accurate records in ERP/Order Management Systems

• Generate reports on order status, delays, and performance metrics

• Resolve customer queries related to orders and deliveries

• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of order processing & supply chain flow

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP)

• Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain
