Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a NOC Operation (L1 & L2) professional, located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves monitoring and managing network operations to ensure optimum performance, addressing and troubleshooting network outages, providing technical support to resolve issues, and assisting in network administration tasks. The role also includes proactive diagnosis of network anomalies and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) activities and Computer Network Operations
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing network-related issues
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Network Administration
- Skills in providing effective and timely Technical Support
- Ability to monitor and maintain high levels of system and network performance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are a plus
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
